Synopsis

"Fight or Flight" follows Nandi and Sam, two sisters who run a boxing gym in Kempton Park, South Africa. During their annual sparring match, tensions flare when Nandi loses to Sam. What begins as a petty argument over competition spirals into a profoundly personal confrontation, forcing both sisters to confront past traumas and unspoken truths about their bond.
