Synopsis

Ivory, a sexual assault survivor receives self defense lessons from Anjali, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) competitor. Anjali encourages Ivory to see BJJ as a way to heal from her trauma and restore trust in her body. Through their lessons Ivory embraces her inner fighter and reveals the identity of her assaulter to Anjali.
