Synopsis

Sunshine every day, surfing after work and the prospect of an unspectacular police job - a young LKA officer hits the jackpot with an exchange program in Tenerife. But nobody knows what really drives her. Anke Retzlaff slips into the role of the reserved main character in an unusual two-parter that combines her emotional family history with a mysterious search. Directed by Michael Rowitz, Félix Herzog plays her quick-witted colleague, Oscar Ortega Sánchez the local police chief and Lana Cooper a German beach bar owner. With light-flooded images, cameraman Roman Nowocien shows the paradisiacal beauty of the Canary Island.
