Synopsis

Riffed-over version of the 1971 microbudget monster movie "Zaat". A mad scientist, after failing to procure a human guinea pig, turns himself into a bipedal fish monster. His goals are to get revenge on those who ridiculed him, and then to take over the world with the help of the planet's fish.
