Synopsis
An organ grinder nicknamed "El Rubio" sees the handlebars of his organ confiscated because he does not have all the documentation in order. From that moment on he begins a journey full of misfortunes to try by all means to find a piece equivalent to the stolen one that will allow him to work again.
