Synopsis
Victor is close to drowning. After the accident he can see the dead. There is a murderer loose in the town who kills young women. To enter heaven everyone has to write a report. In case of unnatural death, the killer has to be named. Victor gets friends among the dead and helps the women to find their murderer.
