Synopsis

The film begins with the director's remarkable personal history when he turns 15 and accidentally recognizes that he is an overseas Chinese. Seeing his family and its acquaintances in Chinatown, director, the 4th generation of Chinese, touches their lives tossed by the times and notices their ambivalent feelings between Japan and China.
